Leadership Cartoons

Effective leadership requires patience, strength, insight, tenacity and courage. If that doesn't work, bribe them with donuts.

Firewalking is an important executive skill. It demonstrates that you have the faith and courage to do anything your superiors ask of you, no matter how dangerous and stupid.
To be honest, I know nothing about leading. But it's okay because my team knows nothing about following.
